Cancellations Policy
The Tour Operator as indicated must notify the resort of ant cancellations or reductions of room reservation at earlies possible, And in no cases later that specified hereunder or is subject to the following cancellations penalties. The Resort will charge for 2 Nights cancellations within 7 days of arrival date
1. Low Season: Last day for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night charge.2. High Season: Last day for cancellation 21 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night charge.
3. Peak Season: Last day for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: otherwise 1 night charge.
